Wow that's pretty bad. It looks like the piece on the right side (plastic) that is separated is being pushed out by something else, like a misalignment underneath? What is that piece attached to? I should go checkout some new 2024s on my dealer lot to see if any are doing that, they have been sitting for months. 

Oof, that looks rather disjointed, at least to my untrained eye. Throw it in the bin with the bar head/tail lights. 😉
