I am looking for a used full frame based 4x4 SUV to do some over landing / moderate off roading. ( not a daily driver ) When I look at the vehicle reliability link on the website H3’s are not listed. There are several 2005 to 2008 H3’s in my area between 5k to 7.5k. Jeeps in that price range are junk. If you had experience with an H3’s post your comments. Thanks
How reliable are the H3 hummers?

I'll look at the data to see if there's just no data...or if I have a problem on the website.
In the meantime, I would search forums/see if you can find enthusiast groups for common problems and questions.
The L52 Vortec (If that's what they have on the models you are looking at) did have some issues, Cylinder head failures/worn valve seats due to manufacturing defects (rough idle). I think Gm fixed many of those though.
The L52 might be the least desirable, I think reliability improved around 2007ish with the 3.7L.
