I am looking at a new SUV 2026etc, I need advice on my options. My options are Toyota 4runner, Landcruiser GMC Acadia Buick Enclave My question is also how reliable are the powertrains on these vehicles? I want something reliable for over 200k

It's very hard to say any of the new vehicles on the market will be ultra reliable over 200k like the old port injection/non turbo models. 2024 and older 4runner, 200k is no problem, the new model with the 2.4L turbo? Time will tell.

The engine and transmission so far has been decent, but I don't know that anyone has really put 200k + on them reliably without repairs.

How long do you usually keep vehicles and how many miles do you put on them annually? If you truly want a vehicle for 15-20 years and over 200k, the previous gen (boring) 4runner is definitely the vehicle for you, or 2nd Gen Sequoia.

I been going 100k. I currently own a 2016 Chevy traverse. Going to miss the old v6. I usually put on 10-12k a month currently I really worry about the new 4 cylinders. I guess like others in these forums Thank you for responding and for the videos. I use a lot of your information when looking at trucks and suv Thank you for the suggestions.
